Congratulations, purchasing a home is a wonderful experience and it’s my job to make it as stress-free and smooth as possible.

Your first step as a Buyer is to get a pre-approval done with your bank or mortgage broker. This will help us in our search to make sure that we’re not over-reaching, and the places we’re looking at together are properties you can afford.

I can set you up on an automated email service so that every time a listing becomes Active in our area, you’ll be notified. It’s a great way to stay in the loop without having to obsessively check your Real Estate app and worry that you’ve missed your dream property.

If we’re going to work together, I will send you a Disclosure of Representation in Trade form to review. You’ll want to know what my role is and how I’ll do my best to take care of you if we’re in a client/agent relationship. Don’t worry, there’s no cost out of your pocket for my services!

Our market in the Bulkley Valley is a little on the bananas side at the moment, which means there are tons of buyers and a very limited inventory. Most properties end up with multiple offers (sometimes 6 or more!) and that can be very overwhelming. If I can help to carry the load and make the transition better for you, I will!

I will market your property on our Multiple Listing Service (MLS), social media, as well as other facets of online/print advertising to get your property lots of interest.

As a home owner, you can do your part by de-cluttering, cleaning, and making your home look
its best.
