I have so much enjoyed getting to know women in this community through Billie Jean’s blog, “The Long Table.” I strongly believe in the need for women to lift up other women. Billie Jean is taking steps to create a space for women to share their stories of working and living in this area. The questions she asks invite her guests to examine themes that have led to their successes, and their answers are given honestly and in their own words. Here is an opportunity for us to find our common ground in the past and present, and to plan for the future together.
